   Researching keywords is an essential ingredient in being successful in the search engines. Know what your market is using to search with then apply those keywords on your web site.
2. Web Site Grader
   Brought to you by those smart guys at Hubspot, this is a useful, free tool that allows you to understand where your site might be slipping up. It even gives you a grade, just like at school!
3. Yahoo! Site Explorer
   Know who is linking to you. This is regarded as the most accurate tool for checking backlinks.
4. Search Status Firefox Plugin
   SearchStatus is a toolbar extension for Firefox and Mozilla that allows you to see how any and every website in the world is performing.
5. iStockPhoto
   Some nice stock photos, some for a $1.
6. BustaName
   Need to buy a domain name but don’t know where to start. Let BustaName help you figure out a suitable name from your list of keywords.
7. Adobe Kuler
   Color is so important on a web site. Chhosing the right color combinations is more important. Let Adobe’s Kuler find those perfect colors—you can even upload your own then download the swatches straight into Illustrator CS3.

   A cheap and easy way to get your site “out there.” Let others decide how good (or bad) your site is and attract some business at the same time.

    Open your own shop through Amazon and start selling. You never know, you might even earn some commission $$ too.
11. Favicon Creator
    If you are a web designer, you need to use this cool tool to create an icon that appears in the browser address bar next to your client’s web site address.
