There is nothing worse than turning up to a location and finding that you have forgotten a key piece of equipment or that there is no internet access when you need it. Your attendees have given up their valuable time and expect to see a professional and slick presentation. Or at least what you promised.

Many people set up a business email address through their Internet Service Provider rather than their domain name. This is a mistake.

I was getting my haircut the other day, minding my own business, dreaming of web design (as you do) when something happened that made me sit up and take note. I didn’t literally sit up (I may have had a haircutting accident) but it made me think about how a new, creative way of thinking is required these days to market your business or product.

Either as a web designer or a business owner, there are not enough hours in the day to work on your client’s or business website.
