In order to find the right solution, you have to have a tried and trusted methodology. Through trial and error, we have developed specific stages that make sure a project is completed on time and in budget.

Discovery

The initial phase is where we find out what you need. It can be in the form of a face-to-face meeting or a phone call, but it is used to break the ice and get to hear your voice! We like that.

Define

Using the information taken in the previous phase, this is in the form of an electronic Web Definition document, which finds out the direction you want the project to go in, as well as your likes and dislikes. Helps us get to know you better.

Architect

Site architecture is a site map or the full list of desired pages; it's important to establish this early on as it helps to estimate the cost and to develop an easy-to-use, intuitive, and functional site. A step not to be missed.

Design

We use the information obtained in the previous stages to come up with one, two or three designs – usually in JPEG format – depending whatever your budget allows for.

Build

We build web sites in accordance with the current W3C standards, which shortens site development time, makes pages easier and cheaper to maintain and troubleshoot, the site is more accessible to a wider audience and potential market, and to specific software like web browsers and search engine “spiders.”

Quality Assurance Testing

TEST, TEST, TEST! This is a crucial part of the process as the product needs to work, right? We encourage everyone involved in the project to test it on as many platforms (Mac and PC) and browsers as possible.

Launch

The big day has come. After launch at a low-traffic time, we TEST, TEST, TEST again to make sure everything is working properly.

The Search Engines

Once the site is launched, we make sure the engines know you are there. Sometimes, it's necessary to remind them, sometimes, it's not.

Web Traffic Analysis

We can provide monthly (or whatever you need) analysis of your site's performance. This can be important to measure success, and allow us to make adjustments to accommodate any fluctuations that are discovered.
