This Ladysmith B&B have been using their existing marketing channels well for a while to bring in inquiries and bookings: WordPress website (SEO services provided by us); Facebook business page; accommodation listings on external websites. So it was time to bring an email newsletter into the picture.
We built a rock-solid template (tested in major email clients) that matched their brand, adapted for mobile devices, integrated into an archive on their website, and hooked into social media sharing tools.
With an impressive 38% open rate on the first delivery, they are looking forward to using their new “toy” for the next campaign.
